Halloween Candy Sorting Activity

Have the kids count their candy and use a tally sheet. Once back at school, transfer the tallies to the graph and answer the questions from reading the graph.

Halloween Story Starters

Using the 20 various story starters on the server. Students enter one sentence to the story starter. Once the sentence is added, students stand and move to another computer to read the story and then add on a sentence to the story. The entire time they are thinking of the elements of a story. By the time they are done, they will have visited about 6 different computers to add onto 6 different stories. They are very creative and fun. Once they are complete students can draw pictures to illustrate the stories.
